These guys came to our rescue! I started a couple DIY projects including some dry wall work. (Yes mistakes were made!) The entire team from the moment I called, explained things clearly, and kept us in the know with everything they would need to do to fix my mishaps. I had some issues with my garbage disposal and needed a replacement so I reached out to Professional Facility Solutions. There turned out to be a leak near the p-trap. When the technician arrived they were so friendly and explained everything they were doing. I couldn’t recommend this group any more!! It’s also always great to support a woman-owned business!

I used PFS for my garage door repair. They came out the same day and were able to get the door back on track and working again. I also asked them to come out and look at my swamp cooler. Again, they came quickly and were able to get it up and running the same day. The handyman was very knowledgeable, professional, and left my space clean when he was finished. I will definitely use them again.

I hired Professional Facility Solutions for some roofing work following a heavy rainstorm which caused water to leak from my electrical box. They were out there the next day, and their technician was able to cut into my roof and identify where the leak was coming from. He then re-layered and re-tarred the patch, power washed my flat roof, and rolled a silicone roof sealant as an additional layer of protection. While he was there, he cleaned my gutters and also helped remove the water line that was attached to my swamp cooler which I no longer used, removed all circuit lines to the electrical box. They are thorough, responsive, and have fantastic foresight to help cover additional problems. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We are a small local gym and worked with PFS to update our old fluorescent lights and replace them with LED lights. They looked into and applied rebate programs and also hauled away all the old lights (in an eco-friendly manner, or as much as possible).They also replaced and updated our old EXIT signs and installed sensors in our bathrooms. All the work was executed properly and in a timely manner. Finally, they were very friendly to work with and delivered exactly on what they promised. Actually, they did more than that as they also fixed a leaky toilet, at no extra cost to us!
